Chadian Dictatorian President Returns To Jail.

Former President of Chad Hissene Habre, a politician and a dictator who served the Country of Chad in between the years of 1982-1990. Hissene was brought into goverment through the help of France and United States but was later succeeded by Djidingar Dono Ngardoum. The former leader was tried and found guilty by a Senagalese court On the charges of serious crimes that was committed under his tight fisted reign. However, the serious crimes committed includes rape, sexual slavery, human right abuse and homicidal killing of 40,000 people. Besides, he fled to Senegal with a huge sum of $11million, the money that belonged to Public funds before gotten arrested. Hissene Habre was brought to justice in Senegal and was sentenced to life imprisonment. Sequel to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic, the former president was brought home. Having enjoyed a period of 8weeks of freedom in his house, the former President is now set to complete his jail term.
